News from Centre for Digital Life Norway! – Message from the centre leaders
Dear all,
In February we welcomed a new project, ENIGMA, which will combine biotechnology and nanophotonics to obtain photonic crystals for specific applications.
We have received nearly 40 applications to the DLN PhD Internship and are currently reviewing applications from both PhD students and host institutions. For the 5th year, we see a great interest among PhD students to experience working life outside academia.
We are now busy planning our first mini MBA to take place in April and still have some places available for PhD students.
We're happy to announce our first-ever Biotechnology Community-Building Award. We encourage applications from collaborations between researchers and non-academic partners. This prize is the result of reimagining the now-retired Transdisciplinary Paper Award.
In February Kam Sripada returned as centre manager. A big thank you to Anders Braarud Hanssen for excellent centre managership during 2023!
