Lean Innovation Workshop

Centre for Digital Life Norway will offer you the opportunity to work with the innovation aspect of biotechnology and life science during a two day’s workshop, 17-18 October in Oslo.

 

Registration

The event will be lead by Professor Jerome Engel (US Berkeley), who is an internationally recognized expert on innovation.

Together with The Life Science Cluster, Catapult Life Science and Share Lab, the centre and the research school will host the workshop on Lean Innovation.

You will learn useful tools and techniques for validation of ideas and developing business models for the innovations.The workshop will be built around real life cases from industry or academia, and build on real cases from the host partners. In total 10 cases will be used, and the centre's projects contribute with 3 of these.

The following registration criteria apply:
  • Open for PhD-students/postdocs/researchers associated with a DLN-project or partner project, and all members of the DLN Research School (also those who are not part of a DLN-project).
  • Registration is binding and the workshop is interactive. You will need to use some time to prepare in advance and attend the two full days.
  • Registration fee (500/1000 NOK) and travel support up to (3000 NOK) will be reimbursed by DLN upon complete attendance..
  • Participation is limited and will be prioritized so that each project will have the option to participate. If a project would like to attend with more than one participant, please contact Alexandra directly.
